A note from our founder

Elevated Bites & Delights began long before it had a name. It started with a barefoot Kentucky girl picking garden tomatoes, watching her momma turn simple ingredients into pure comfort, and learning that food has a magical way of bringing people together. That love never left me — it just grew up a little.

Life took me from small‑town roots to Louisville to play college basketball, then into a 20‑year corporate career, but no matter where I went, food was always my love language. I was the one showing up with something delicious, something thoughtful, something meant to make people smile. Eventually, I realized that the thing I did for joy was the thing I was meant to do for real.

With the support of my husband, John, and our pups, the encouragement of my family, a simple passion turned into a vision: a mobile charcuterie experience that feels warm, intentional, and just a touch indulgent.

John even built my very first cart — proof that love shows up in all kinds of beautiful ways.

Today, Elevated Bites & Delights is where my roots and my creativity meet. I curate seasonal ingredients, design visually stunning spreads, and craft experiences that feel personal, elevated, and joyfully unforgettable.
